From Team Leader to Coach
Certificate Program
Team leaders are often the first people RMs turn to when they face a challenge, need to make a decision, or want to develop their approach. Effective coaching can make a significant difference in individual and team performance.
This program equips private banking team leaders with the mindset, skills, and practical techniques to coach their RMs.
By the end of the program, participants can apply a structured coaching approach within their day-to-day leadership role and earn a Coaching Certificate.
Duration: 6 months
Structure: A half-day kick-off session followed by regular coaching practice sessions to deepen the techniques, discuss real-life situations, and build confidence in applying them.
Target group: Private banking Team Leaders, Desk Heads, and senior RMs who are responsible for developing others and want to strengthen their coaching capabilities.
Participants who successfully complete the program receive a Coaching Certificate.
